Building on a foundation of over 25 years of global construction expertise, Waters Edge Group LLC, led by seasoned general contractor and cabinetmaker Charles Nadeau, is dedicated to bringing exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail to residential, multi-family, and commercial projects throughout South Florida and the Caribbean islands.
Charles's impressive career spans diverse locations, including Miami, Coral Gables, Grand Cayman, Bermuda, New York City, and Toronto, Canada. His extensive experience encompasses a wide range of high-profile projects, from multi-million-dollar residential renovations to significant commercial endeavors for renowned institutions such as First Caribbean Bank, Bermuda Monetary Authority, Elbow Beach Hotel, HSBC, Bank of Bermuda, Hamilton Princess Hotel, and global corporations like TyCo International, Chubb Insurance, and Price Waterhouse Coopers, to name a few.
Charles's journey in construction began in 1991 with the founding of a thriving custom cabinet shop in Canada. This early focus on cabinetry instilled in him a deep appreciation for precision and quality, principles that continue to define his approach to general contracting and high-quality interior development.
From 2004 to 2009, Charles owned and managed CayCon Ltd in Grand Cayman, where he oversaw general construction projects, managed custom home builds, and designed and manufactured high-end custom cabinetry. Caycon also handled complex logistical operations, sourcing and importing fixtures and materials from the US and China. Notably, Charles played a crucial role in post-hurricane reconstruction efforts, demonstrating his commitment to the communities he serves.
In 2009, Charles brought his expertise to New York City, establishing Ideal Home Renovations LLC. The company quickly earned a strong reputation for high-end condo remodeling in Manhattan and Brooklyn, consistently achieving an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau for its interior remodeling and high-end kitchen services.
Now based in Miami, Charles's latest venture, Waters Edge Group LLC, focuses on providing comprehensive construction and remodeling services, as well as supplying high-quality cabinetry for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects in South Florida and the Caribbean islands.
