Key considerations include the vanity's size and height (e.g., comfort height for adults, accommodating wheelchair users), the type and number of sinks (single, double, vessel, undermount), storage needs (drawers vs. doors, internal organizers for makeup, hair tools, etc.), material and finish selection (must withstand moisture), and hardware choices that complement your bathroom's style. Don't forget plumbing access and electrical needs for outlets inside drawers.
